Look Local Night: Texas Fashion Week

Spend Sunday in style at the Brick at Blue Star where Texas Fashion week will host a fashion show, shopping and runway pop-ups by Alicia Miranda, Shelby Hilliard, Bonnie Young and others. Boerne Book & Arts Festival

Head to Boerne’s Main Plaza for a day filled with author talks, poetry readings, panels and more. At 10 a.m., meet John R. Erickson, the author known for his Hank the Cowdog series, and hear him chat about his latest book, Bad Smoke, Good Smoke. There will also be appearances by children’s author Diana Lopez, who writes about Selena, and by three writers whose books are about women in World War II. Admission is free. Family Flashlight Night

Manhattan Short Film Festival

Urban-15 is taking its edition of this New York film festival outdoors to Herrera Plaza. Reserve a ticket to watch multiple short films on the big screen. Tim Allen

The award-winning actor and comedian known for his starring role on Home Improvement and as the voice of Buzz Lightyear in the Toy Story films is at the Majestic Theatre this weekend. The show is recommended for those who are 18 or older. This performance was originally scheduled for April but was postponed due to COVID-19. Market Square Car Show

Walk A Mile in Her Shoes

Krause’s Cafe and Biergarten will host this second annual fundraising event by Crisis Center of Comal County. Dress in your best heels to support the cause (that includes men) and get ready for an afternoon of fun and community. PBR Unleash the Beast Tour

The top 30 professional bull riders in the world are at the AT&T Center this weekend—their first tour stop in San Antonio in nine years—as part of the PBR U.S. Border Patrol Invitational.
