Harvey (shoulder) could be competing for a roster spot in training camp following the offseason additions of linebackers Solomon Ajayi, Jacob Phillips and B.J. Goodson, Anthony Poisal of the Browns' official site reports.
Harvey will also face competition from Mack Wilson, Sione Takitaki, Montrel Meander, Jermaine Grace and Tae Davis. As an undrafted rookie in 2019, he appeared in two contests (only handling snaps on special teams) before being placed on injured reserve due to a shoulder injury. In order to earn a roster spot, he could need to showcase enough versatility to be relied upon as an emergency option on defense.
